What is good English ?

          Good English is the language spoken by the majority of educated people and written by their best writers; and good current English is that which is spoken and written by the educated people of our time.Change is the law of nature and modern English keeps abreast of these changes which are taking place every day.

How to write good English ?

           How to write good English is the problem with which the beginner who starts learning English. In this connection it is necessary to remember the following four pints:

1. Study the main rules of the Grammar and Composition.
2. Read good literature.
3. Write  something everyday.
4. Think for yourself.

            English is a foreign language- foreign in spirit, in origin in, in traditions and in genius. We can not be blamed if we find it difficult to master the complicacies of the foreign language and idiom.

Grammar

        "Will the knowledge of the main rules of grammar help us in writing good English?" Students question it very frequently. Well to be quite frank, it will not. But it will help you in many other ways. Grammer will consequently enable you to gain a clear idea about language and to check the accuracy of what you have written if you wish to do so.
      
Read good literature

        I have already pointed out that good English is spoken by the majority of educated people and written by best writers of the day. Hence the reading of good English must play an important part in the writing of good English, indeed many eminent authorities insist that this is the only satisfactory way in which you can learn to write good English. They advise that you should model your work upon the writing of the great masters of English language.
  

Write something everyday

        If you wish to write good english as well as to appreciate it, reading is not enough; you must practice- incessantly practice. Hence write something everyday, even if it is only halfpage. But write as well as you can, taking pains to improve upon what only yesterday you regarded as your best. Model your work on passages from some of the great books you have read. Study their effects and - imitate the style, if you like.
         

Thinks of yourself
      
        Lastly thin for yourself. How many young people think for themselvs? - very few indeed. Why should they think when they find it much easier to tke their opinions at second hand?  To follow bindly that others have said makes you dull. therefore, i repeat, think for yourself don't think even for a while that it is a crime to satnd against "authority." There is no authority in English. English is a living tongue; it is consequently develoiping and changing. It is not sin to defy "authority". If by doing so you can learn to think for yourself. It is a sin only when you defy it out of mere intellectual arrogance. If you do not agree to the views of a certain writer of English, you should put forth your own, but they must be better and more acceptable

  4.)- Battery: Be safe with your batteries. Use only genuine batteries from your phone manufacturer and only buy from authorized dealers.  cheap batteries may be dangerous. for you.
  5.)-  Clean: Don't use detergents, cleaning solvents or harsh chemicals to clean your phone. Wipe only with a soft cloth and keep it in sunlight for time.

  6.)- Covered: a protective cover will help repel dust and dirt, and prevent scratches. Make sure the cover you choose is of good quality. Low quality covers with no air pockets can damage you phone by creating humidity inside the cover. 

 7.)- Storing your phone: Always store your phone in a dry place, do not keep it on very hot or cold place. Avoid rain, high humidity and liquids. All of these may contain minerals that could damage the electronic circuits.
 8.)- At the right temperature: To ensure a long life, keep your phone in a stable temperature. Avoid exposing your phone to liquid and/or exposing your phone to extreme temperature change from hot to cold and vice versa. This might create condensation and damage the phone.

Eye Care Tips

          Eyes are the most prominent place among the five sensory organs of our body. large and beautiful eyes enhances one's beauty. healthy ayes are directly related to general health.Loss of A & D make eyesight weak.

Problems of the eyes and How to deal with it:

1.)- Dark circles, puffy eyes and crow's feet are three are three main eye problems that can cloud an otherwise beautiful face. if your eyes are puffy with dark shadows, it shows you are not getting enough sleep. one can get  dark circles and puffy eyes if you had a late night out or didn't have a night's sleep or cried your heart out. but, you can make them fed fast.

Preventive Methods:
For Dark Circles-
1.)- Gently wash the face, then apply a skin lightning, moisturizer around the eyes. grind a raw potato and add almond paste to it,. use the mixture regularly on the under eyes to get rid of dark circles and puffiness.
2.)- Increase your daily intake of water to minimum 8 to 10 glasses.-
3.)- Apply fresh fig on the eyes.
4.)- Place two cucumber slices over the eyes and rest for 15 minutes or apply cucumber juice under eyes.
5.)- Getting enough sleep at least 8-10 hours a day, can fade out dark circles.

For Puffy Eyes-
1.)- The puffiness oh the eyes can be reduced with a glass of ice water and four stainless steel spoons. chill the spoons in the water and then place one over each eye. when the spoons become warm, switch them with the others  chilling in the glass of water. keep switching until you see improvement.
2.)- Settle down for two to five minutes with a chilled, steeped chamomile or green tea bag over each eye. The natural properties of these herbal teas helps to bring puffy eyes back down to size.
3.)- Cucumber contains anti-inflammatory properties to reduce redness and puffiness of eyes. Slice a large cucumber, reserve two slices to place over eyes. peel and puree the remaining cucumber.This can be applied as a pack on to your face. Remove after fifteen minutes. Apply moisturizer thickly to seal in water.

Exercise For Relaxing Eyes

1.)- Eye balls Should be rotated twenty times to the left and twenty times to the right. Eyelids must remain closed during the rotation.
2.)- Flicker both eyes simultaneously and speedily. repeat the flickering after closing the eyes for some time..
repeat this process ten times. Eyeballs get greasy by doing this exercise.
3.)- Look into the mirror for 5 minutes meeting your eyes with the eyes of your reflection in the mirror.

How human being interact with computer

As discussed above computer itself is a machine, which interacts with tools under rules & regulations pre-defined by human being. Each task given to computer executed stepwise, systematically & strictly under certain rules & regulations, which cannot be neglected, otherwise computer won't execute the task.

How to interact with computer
To accommodate communication between man & computer - it is a systematic task. Since the computer is machine, so we should first understand the 4 levels through which a task goes systematically before execution.
But to understand the execution of given task let us assume computer as VIP, who gives command to execute without obstacles.

Level1 (Hardware level)
Let's assume that the computer is a VIP (Very Important Person), living in a diplomatic area. Each VIP required highly professional expert to carry out orders of VIP to fulfill the order as efficient as possible. These orders include: organizing meetings & appointments, personnel assistance, planning, providing security etc. The orders fulfilled by highly professional experts.
Similarly, computer does editing, printing, storage, documentation, which is fulfilled by accessories of computer called Hardware i.e. Printers, plotters, Floppy Disk Drive, Hard Disk Drive, CD drive etc about whom we will discuss later.

Level 2 (BIOS Level)
Each VIP as a human being in his life well illiterate to the basic rules & regulations of Humanity written in the Holy Book of Ramayana / Mahabharata, Bible, Kuran, which gives him peace of mind & reminds him continuously throughout life. The whole life of Human Being is equipped with these basic moralities.
Similarly, in computer each task basically is followed by certain pre-defined & pre-programmed rules & regulations embedded in the BIOS and stored in ROM (Read Only Memory) chip of the Computer system. BIOS (basic input/output system) are just like rulebook.

Level 3 (Operating System)
Each order of VIP can't be followed by a single action. But it needs series of actions to execute. Which again need lot of resources to get desired result. How to manage these resources? It is more difficult task in daily life, which is managed by adequate & specialised Manager. Manager manages all activities as well as existing resources against a single command of VIP.

In Computer similarly all commands as well as resources like memory, printer etc. are managed byOperating System. It also form environment under which task has to execute to achieve the desired result. Depending upon how many users can simultaneously use the computer, it can be termed as single user operating system like MS-DOS and multi-user OS like Windows 98.

Level 4 (Software)
To provide perfect security to the VIP, it is necessary to design a language understandable to VIP & his personnel secretary to communicate with each other.Computer, as a machine communicate with hardware in a language called machine language. To understand the machine language it is a very difficult task for user. To simplify this task, machine language is designed in a very simplified manner, which contain typical English word called application software language or just computer software language.

In Brief:
VIP gives command in code language to his Manager, which, in the given infrastructure is fulfilled by the expert peoples.
Computer similarly gives command to fulfill the given task, which managed by OS through software and finally fulfilled by Hardware of computer under rules and regulations pre-programmed in the BIOS stored in ROM.
